The Sales Person role at our company requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include promoting our products, establishing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be expected to approach potential customers, maintain a good understanding of our products and services, meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and nurture customer connections by providing excellent service and support. Accurate record-keeping of sales and customer information will also be a key aspect of your role. Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitors is essential. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of sales experience, but individuals with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply even if they are freshers. Proficiency in English is a must, along with knowledge of email campaign tools and strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to handle rejection, and work well under pressure are also important. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and immediate availability for joining are required.
