Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will interact with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about jewelry trends and product details. The role also involves assisting with inventory management and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and direct customer interactions
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry, including gemstones and design trends, is a plus
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred
