Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kamrej,surat. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and assisting in inventory management. Collaboration with the team to plan and execute sales strategies will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and close sales
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Fluency in local languages and English is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or retail, particularly in the flower or horticulture industry, is a bonus
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
