Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Ludhiana with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining records of client communications and transactions. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any operational issues.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
• Customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry is an advantage
