Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Haridwar. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement, promoting Bajaj Finserv products, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing product information, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of financial products including lending, insurance, and wealth advisory
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
