Riya Vashist International Makeup Academy is a leading professional academy founded by Celebrity Makeup Artist Riya Vashist, with 20+ years of global experience in Bridal, Fashion, Film, SFX & Prosthetics. We are now looking for join our team and help expand our student community.

Role Overview

As a Sales Person , you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to communicate with leads, pitch our courses, handle inquiries, and guide students through the admission process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to build a career in sales & marketing in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct cold calling to prospective students and lead to inform them about our courses, batches, and offers.

● Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and follow-ups with potential students.

● Clearly explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.

● Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

● Work closely with the marketing team to support admission campaigns.

● Assist in academy events, workshops, and student onboarding.

● Achieve monthly admission/conversion targets.

Requirements

● Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred).

● Excellent communication and persuasion skills either in English or Hindi.

● Confidence in speaking with new people over calls.

● Basic knowledge of the beauty/makeup industry is a plus (training will be provided).

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Freshers are welcome; prior sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is a plus.
