Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Ambala. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product recommendations. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service. The Salesperson will also be involved in identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of textiles and fabrics
• Ability to manage inventory and handle sales transactions
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales or Marketing is a plus
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus
