Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kanpur Nagar. The Salesperson will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining insurance policies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, building customer relationships, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Salesperson will also provide customer support by addressing queries and resolving issues regarding insurance products.

• Experience in sales and client relationship management
• Ability to understand and explain insurance products
• Proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
