Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the FMCG sector, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, analyzing market trends, and promoting partnerships with our partner brands to expand the reach of their products. The role also involves working closely with teams to ensure seamless distribution operations and providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent our partner brands.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet sales targets efficiently.
• Understanding of the FMCG distribution market, preferably with experience in consumer goods sales.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and basic computer skills will be advantageous.
