Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in the Mohali district, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will focus on identifying potential customers, maintaining and building relationships with local partners, and promoting KhetVet's services to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about product offerings and market trends. Qualifications Sales and communication skills: Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close sales effectively. Customer relationship management: Experience in maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to recognize customer needs, address challenges, and identify opportunities to improve business results. Knowledge of sustainable practices and organic/produce markets is a plus. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including spreadsheets and CRM tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred. Relevant educational background or certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
