Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Salesperson based in Tezpur. The role involves actively promoting Shriram Life Insurance products and services, identifying potential customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The salesperson will provide consultations, explain policies, and assist clients in making suitable insurance decisions. Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and market trends.

• Proficiency in customer service and consultative selling

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is advantageous but not mandatory
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
• Familiarity with local language and culture in Tezpur is beneficial
