Role: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Data Integration: Connect and merge data from Salesforce Data Cloud with financial data from a Databricks Lakehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and build compelling visualizations that provide actionable insights.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
* Harmonize data from multiple sources to create unified dashboards.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Experience with Databricks and data lakehouse concepts mainly to be able to connect and build dashboards from that data
Nice to Have:
* General understanding of data modelling and ETL processes.
* Prior experience in banking or financial sector
