o Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on enterprise systems.
o At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including architectural leadership roles.
o Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant solutions.
o Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
o Proficiency in data modeling, integration patterns, and API development.
o Strong understanding of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD processes.
o Familiarity with development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and other relevant tools.
o Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
o Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
