About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Tech Lead to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Generative AI, and leadership experience. As the AI Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, while also leading a team of engineers and collaborating Responsibilities :
  • Lead the development of AI/ML and Generative AI-based solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Architect and implement scalable AI models and data pipelines using Python and modern ML libraries.
  • Guide and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high-quality code, design, and documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and GenAI to drive Skills & Qualifications :
  • Total experience of 6+ years in software development with at least 4 years in Python and Gen AI.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy,
Pandas, Scikit-learn, Transformers, LangChain, etc.).
  • Expertise in building, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
  • Proficient in SQL and working with structured/unstructured data.
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership role, including team management and project delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
