Job Description

You will be a QA professional with expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, test automation, and defect management. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring smooth Salesforce implementations. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects, collaborating with development teams, and upholding exceptional quality and performance standards in Salesforce applications. Your duties will involve designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. You will perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Tracking defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and working closely with the development team to resolve them will be a key aspect of your role. It will be your responsibility to ensure that new and existing Salesforce functionalities align with business requirements and do not compromise system performance. Maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports will be essential. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to facilitate smooth testing cycles. Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends will be crucial. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for enhancements to improve the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications. As a suitable candidate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and possess Salesforce Administrator certification. Hands-on experience in testing various Salesforce functionalities is required, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, and more. Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards, as well as knowledge of Tableau CRM, will be beneficial. Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
