1. Collaborate with utility clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities, and develop tailored Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
2. Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, MobileStudio, and Journey Builder.
3. Configure and optimize Marketing Cloud features, such as data extensions, automation studio, and analytics.
4. Develop and execute data migration plans to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
5. Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and solution usage.
6. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and product development.
8.Proven experience in the utilities industry, with knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
9. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
