Role: OmniStudio Developer

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Develop
OmniScripts
,
FlexCards
,
Data Raptors
,
Data Mappers
, and OmniStudio UI/logic components.
Build
Integration Procedures
, Integration Definitions, and backend automation flows.
Configure OmniStudio features: stage management, action plans, templates, guided flows.
Integrate OmniStudio with
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
including households, accounts, referrals, onboarding, KYC, and advisory workflows.
Collaborate with BAs/architects for design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

OmniStudio (Must-Have)

OmniScripts, FlexCards
Integration Procedures
Data Raptors (Extract/Load/Transform)
Data Mappers, Calculation Matrices
Integration Definitions & Orchestration
External Services, Vlocity data model, JSON/data transformations

Salesforce Platform

Strong SF data model understanding, flows, validation, security
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, integrations

Preferred

Financial Services Cloud (FSC) concepts and processes
Industry flows: onboarding, KYC, lending, advisory, case management
