Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 45 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and optimize marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and its modules, with the ability to develop scalable solutions that enable personalized, data-driven customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
  
• Develop, test, and deploy dynamic and personalized email campaigns using HTML, AMPscript, and SQL.
  
• Configure and optimize journeys, automations, and triggers to enable cross-channel customer engagement.
  
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other platforms via APIs, data extensions, and custom solutions.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and Salesforce admins to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and process workflows.
  
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for campaigns and automation.
  

Requirements

• 45 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and automation development.
  
• Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce CRM integration.
  
• Experience working with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
  
• Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) for integration and data exchange.
  
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Developer certifications preferred.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
