Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing business development professionals. Foster a metrics-driven culture using KPIs, OKRs, and performance dashboards. Create learning and development tracks for sales enablement and skill growth. 🧠 Required Experience & Skills 10–20+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategy roles in technology-driven environments. Proven track record of scaling revenue from early stages. Strong background in building sales strategy, Business Expansion & Growth. Experience in B2B, AI-based, SaaS, IT services, or digital product companies (preferred).
