Role Overview:

Senior Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
design, development, and implementation
of Salesforce
Service Cloud + Field Service (SFS)
solutions.
Build and maintain
Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
to extend SFS functionality.
Configure and optimize
Field Service data models
(Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, Resource Optimization).
Work on
data sanitization/quality initiatives (SFS Sanitization – QF)
to ensure accuracy, compliance, and governance.
Develop and support integrations with external systems via
REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
.
Actively participate in
Agile ceremonies
(sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews).
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and QA teams for seamless delivery.

Required Skills

5+ years
of Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud.
3+ years
of hands-on experience with
Salesforce Field Service (SFS)
.
Strong expertise in
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Data Model Design
.
Proven experience with
Field Service Scheduling, Optimization, and Mobile
capabilities.
Understanding of
data sanitization, quality frameworks, and data migration tools
.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications:
Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant
.
Experience with
large-scale deployments or multi-org environments
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD tools
(Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar).
