Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD Management:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
Version Control:
Optimize and manage version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub) for consistent and reliable deployment workflows.
Environment Management:
Set up and manage Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and handle metadata deployments.
Automation:
Automate repetitive processes like sandbox refreshes, data migrations, and deployment activities to minimize manual effort.
Security & Compliance:
Enforce Salesforce security best practices including role-based access, permission sets, and data protection measures.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Continuously monitor deployments, identify bottlenecks, and resolve technical issues proactively.
Collaboration:
Partner with Developers, Admins, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Documentation & Training:
Maintain detailed process documentation and support team members with DevOps tools and best practices.
