Job Description

Role Expectations:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the
Salesforce DevOps strategy
.
Set up
CI/CD pipelines and environments
from scratch using
Copado
and supporting tools.
Automate and orchestrate
Salesforce deployments
, ensuring reliability, repeatability, and scalability.
Manage
source code control
, branching strategies, and versioning best practices.
Collaborate with development, QA, and release management teams to improve deployment processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot deployment pipelines and environments.
Establish best practices for
DevOps processes
, tools, and frameworks within Salesforce ecosystem.
Document architecture, processes, and tools used in Salesforce DevOps workflows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a
Salesforce DevOps Engineer
or in a similar role.
Hands-on expertise with
Copado
for deployment automation and pipeline management.
Strong experience with
CI/CD tools
like
Jenkins
,
Git
,
Bitbucket
, and
GitHub
.
Proficiency in
version control systems
and
branching strategies
.
Familiarity with
Ant
,
SFDX
, and Salesforce metadata API.
Solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and release management.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
