Salesforce Developer (Offshore Position)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work within a fast-paced, global team environment. You’ll play a key role in implementing integrations, ensuring platform stability, and supporting business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

9+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
Experience in Sales and Service Cloud
Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools Such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira
Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc.
Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
Good communication skill to work with global team
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.
Experience in backend JavaScript is plus
Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA
Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
