? 68 years experience in AJO development & campaign personalization
? Strong expertise in Offer Decisioning (catalogs, placements, ranking, eligibility rules)
? Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), segmentation & data integration
? Proficiency in SQL, audience creation, and A/B testing
Design & maintain personalized cross-channel journeys
Integrate AJO with AEP Real-Time Customer Profile
Optimize performance with decision logic, frequency capping & analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solutions
Good to have:
Experience with CDP, marketing technologies, and related Adobe products
