Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 510 years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce automation tools such as Flows. Knowledge of batch Apex, scheduled Apex, dynamic Apex, and basic DocuSign integration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.Write and maintain efficient Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.Create intuitive, user-friendly UI components using LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.Implement and optimize business automation using Flow Builder and other declarative tools.Leverage dynamic Apex to develop configurable, reusable, and maintainable components.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring impactful solution delivery.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, including basic DocuSign integration.Perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, and adhere to best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain platform stability and enhance user satisfaction.

6 to 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado).Background in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
