Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience across
Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
, and
LWC Development
.
Strong
Air Cargo domain knowledge
is mandatory.
Engage with end-users, gather requirements, and translate them into clear user stories.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Work on
native and customized Salesforce reports
.
Understand end-to-end functionality and provide user training when required.
Collaborate with Product Owner and testers to prepare detailed
test cases
.
Prepare
release notes
and relevant project documentation.
Work closely with the
Product Owner
and provide ongoing support.
Knowledge of
Digital Experience Platforms
is an added advantage.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in
Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
.
Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and documentation skills.
Domain expertise in
Air Cargo
.
Ability to translate functional needs into technical deliverables.
