Mandatory Skills : CPQ and Agentforce

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce. The candidate must be able to join within 1 week and will focus on building and enhancing Salesforce-based solutions that streamline quoting, billing, and revenue processes, while leveraging Agentforce to improve sales efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • Build automation workflows and AI-powered solutions using Agentforce to optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and API integrations.
  • Configure and optimize CPQ rules (pricing, discounts, approvals) and Revenue Cloud for subscription billing and revenue recognition.
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support production deployments.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Experience with Agentforce implementation (AI-driven insights, guided selling, workflow automation).
  • Salesforce certifications preferred:
  • Platform Developer I/II
  • CPQ Specialist
  • Revenue Cloud Consultant
  • Agentforce certification (if available)

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work in Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
