Salesforce Developer B2B Commerce Cloud

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud professional with hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Commerce implementations, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, configure, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.

● Work on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud to integrate core CRM functionalities with B2B Commerce.

● Develop and maintain customizations, configurations, workflows, Apex, LWC, and integrations as per project needs.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts) to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

● Support B2B storefront implementation, catalog management, pricing, order management, and checkout flows.

● Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications (ERP, Payment Gateways, etc.).

● Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.

● Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

● Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3.5+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 1–2 years in B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) implementations.

● Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

● Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

● Hands-on experience with B2B Commerce features (product catalog, pricing, cart/checkout, order management).

● Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.

● Experience in integrations with ERP/OMS/Payment systems is highly desirable.

● Salesforce B2B Commerce Administrator/Developer certification is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
