Java Full Stack Developer

The Senior Product Engineer position requires you to work as an individual contributor, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to deliver high-quality responsive web applications. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation for design and code, conducting design and code reviews for the team's work, and mentoring junior engineers. Key tasks for this role involve developing original algorithms, logic, and code that can pass rigorous testing. It is essential to understand the distinction between creating a product and working on a turnkey project, and write code accordingly. Demonstrating strong abstraction skills to translate requirements into practical product features is crucial. Additionally, you will be required to create innovative algorithms and solutions for complex issues. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science engineering or a related field. Ideal candidates will have 6 to 10 years of software development experience focusing on web applications using Java (1.8+)/ J2EE technology. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, as well as hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring MVC and Hibernate, is necessary. Experience in developing and consuming REST Web services with JSON data interchange format is also required, along with expertise in Responsive Web applications, with a preference for React.js. Moreover, the role demands experience in identifying and optimizing performance bottlenecks in applications and queries. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and static code analysis, is essential. Certification in Agile practices, exposure to the Financial domain, and a background in Test-Driven Development are advantageous. Experience in Rapid Prototyping and testing with Minimum Viable Products, along with prior exposure to Product Implementation, will be considered a plus.,
