Responsibilities: ● Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner through cross-functional collaboration, responsibility and accountability ● Document requirements from stakeholders. ● Gather information to clarify project objectives and goals. ● Use data and insights to analyze information to identify business needs. ● Identify and implement solutions to address business needs. Qualifications: ● 4+ years’ experience in business data analytics ● Salesforce CPQ experience must (1year min) ● Understanding of the below Salesforce technical skills: ○ AppExchange ○ Automation ○ Collaboration ○ Data management ○ Reports and dashboards ○ CRM ○ Platform ○ Sales and marketing ● Proficient in: ○ Needs analysis ○ Eliciting requirements ○ Business case definition ○ Requirements writing ○ Requirements review ○ Flow and process diagramming ○ Wire-framing ○ Business data analytics ○ Problem solving ● Communicate with cross functional teams and set clear expectations ● Self-motivated and possess the ability to work autonomously.
