Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Personalization Specialist) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) to join our digital marketing team. This role will focus on designing and executing real-time, data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement across channels. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy personalized cross-channel experiences using Salesforce Personalization . Build, manage, and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys , including Automations, Email, SMS, and Push campaigns. Create dynamic customer segments using Audience Builder and Data Extensions . Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce platforms like Sales, Service, and Data Cloud . Enable real-time data ingestion and activation for hyper-personalized marketing efforts. Utilize behavioral tracking and AI-driven decisioning to deliver contextual user experiences. Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, and developers to implement and refine campaign strategies. Deliver performance reporting and strategic insights to improve personalization outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) . At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) . Strong command over AMPscript , SQL , and other SFMC scripting tools. Proven experience with Journey Builder , Automation Studio , Email Studio , and CloudPages . Understanding of real-time decisioning and web/push personalization techniques. Solid grasp of customer data modeling , tracking methodologies, and analytics. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution and report on KPIs. Salesforce certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Consultant Personalization Accredited Professional Experience with Data Cloud / CDP integration is a strong plus.
