Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-scale solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. You will collaborate across business and technology teams to define functional and technical solutions that maximize Salesforce’s value to the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a deep technical foundation in Salesforce, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Architect and build scalable solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and OmniStudio . Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance on solution design, integration architecture, and best practices. Implement and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and alerts. Lead Salesforce integration efforts with external platforms using SOAP/REST APIs . Oversee release and change control processes including sandbox management, code promotion, and deployment. Develop dashboards, custom reports, and tools to monitor data quality and platform usage. Mentor junior engineers and act as a Salesforce subject matter expert across the organization. Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends; recommend improvements accordingly. Promote Agile best practices, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely project delivery. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio , and SOQL . Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance standards. Experience designing complex data models including custom and junction objects. Strong experience in Salesforce APIs and integrations with external systems. Proficient in tools such as Apex Data Loader , Postman, Workbench, etc. Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Salesforce Einstein AI . Exposure to Data Cloud , Marketing Cloud , Experience Cloud , Mulesoft , and Agent Force .
