Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead with 6-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve leading the design, development, integration, deployment, and support of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Your expertise in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity, will be crucial in guiding the technical implementation of projects involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, overseeing configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration activities. - Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions. - Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support. - Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance requirements. Skills & Experience: - Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns. - Proficiency in data migration tools, declarative configuration, CI/CD, version control, and release management on Salesforce. - Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft is a plus. - Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred. - Proven track record in delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Professional Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect. Good to Have: - Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning. - Knowledge of agile project methodologies and tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. - Exposure to industry-specific solutions like Financial Services Cloud and Health Cloud.
