Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and designing solutions within Salesforce. - Writing user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation. - Configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. - Understanding APIs, integrations, and data migration strategies within Salesforce. - Utilizing strong analytical skills for problem-solving and effective stakeholder management. - Applying Agile methodologies and working with tools like JIRA and Confluence. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or similar role. - Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other solutions. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or CPQ Specialist are a plus.,
