Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Hybrid (East Mumbai) Company Location: East Mumbai Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days mandatory from office) Experience Required: Minimum 7+ Years Job Type: Full Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in East Mumbai . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM , particularly Sales and/or Service Cloud , and a proven track record of gathering requirements, designing business processes, and driving configuration-based solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst . Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements (BRD & FRD). Configure Salesforce features: Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, reports . Collaborate with business and development teams for solutioning and implementation. Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs. Design data flow diagrams , process flow diagrams , and visual workflow charts . Perform gap analysis and support UAT and end-user training. Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and enhancements. Prepare project documentation and support change management efforts. Key Skills Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (Mandatory) Salesforce Configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, etc.) Strong skills in business process modeling , data analysis , and troubleshooting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using MS Office tools : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio Preferred Certifications (any of the following): Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Additional Details Industry Type: IT Services / Consulting Functional Area: IT Software Application Programming / Maintenance Role Category: Business Analyst Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: East Mumbai (Hybrid – 3 days onsite mandatory) Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time
