Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with

  business stakeholders

   to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into

  functional specifications and user stories

  .
• Partner with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
• Conduct

  workshops, requirement sessions, and process mapping

   with business teams.
• Design and recommend

  optimized Salesforce processes

   to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
• Validate delivered solutions through

  UAT, testing support, and stakeholder feedback sessions

  .
• Create

  reports, dashboards, and documentation

   to track progress and communicate outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with

  BFSI domain standards, governance, and regulatory guidelines

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

   as a

  Business Analyst

   with significant exposure to

  Salesforce platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

  .
• Proficiency in

  requirements gathering, documentation, and process design methodologies

  .
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

   environments.
• Excellent

  stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  .
• Salesforce

  Business Analyst or Administrator certification

   preferred.
• Prior experience in the

  BFSI domain

   is an added advantage.
