We are hiring for a techno-functional Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and supporting implementation across Sales, Service, or other Salesforce clouds.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g., Flows, validation rules, custom objects).
Support data analysis, reports, dashboards, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with developers on solution design, integrations, and enhancements.
Assist in training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder).
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and data model.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certification(s) preferred (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst).
