As a GN-Comms & Media- Non Networks Consultant at Accenture in Bengaluru, BDC7A, your role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will be part of the Comms & Media Industry Practices within Accenture's S&C Global Network team, focusing on serving clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment sectors. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies - Oversee implementation projects to optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency - Serve clients in the Communications and Media & Entertainment industries - Work on end-to-end projects delivering management and technology consultancy - Lead delivery of small to medium-size teams for consulting projects - Develop assets and methodologies for the team and larger community - Support global sales team in identifying and winning potential opportunities - Understand customer needs and translate them into business requirements - Execute a transformational change plan aligned with clients' business strategy **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in one or more Telecom Domains - Experience leading delivery of consulting projects for global clients - Proven experience in Strategy, Innovation, and Digital initiatives - Strong understanding of Cloud BSS deployment models and strategies - Proficiency in Business Strategy and Transformation & Project Governance - Hands-on experience in agile practices and related tools - Certification in agile methodologies such as PSM, CSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC - Experience in various roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Additional Information:** - You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects - The role offers career growth and leadership exposure Join Accenture and bring your best skills forward to excel in this dynamic and challenging role.
