Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the 

  primary liaison

   between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
• 
  
• Lead 

  requirement-gathering workshops

  , discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
• 
  
• Translate business needs into detailed 

  functional and technical specifications

  .
• 
  
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, aligning with best practices and scalable architecture.
• 
  
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests and propose optimal solutions.
• 
  
• Oversee solution implementation, working closely with developers, admins, and QA teams.
• 
  
• Create and deliver compelling 

  presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs

   to clients.
• 
  
• Ensure high standards of 

  governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication

• 
  
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and recommend improvements or enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of total experience

  , with at least 

  6+ years in Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.)

  .

• Proven experience as a 

  Solution Architect or Senior Business Analyst

   in multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• 
  
• Deep understanding of 

  Salesforce data model, integration patterns, and declarative capabilities

  .
• 
  
• Strong exposure to 

  requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and functional documentation

  .
• 
  
• Exceptional 

  client-facing, presentation, and communication skills

  .
• 
  
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions.
• 
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• 
  
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• 
  

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect / Solution Architect

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst / Sales or Service Cloud Consultant

• Exposure to 

  multi-cloud environments
