Salesforce Architect

This is a night shift job based on the EST time zone. As a Salesforce Developer, your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements. You will be required to perform hands-on development using Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce API. Collaborating with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions is essential. Customizing and configuring Salesforce features like workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports will be part of your daily tasks to enhance user experience and process efficiency. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems. Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Salesforce applications is crucial. Ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform, as well as maintaining data integrity and user access, are key responsibilities. Staying up to date with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features is necessary. You will also lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery. Developing and maintaining system documentation, user guides, and technical specifications will be part of your routine. Required qualifications for this role include at least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions. Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning App Builder is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, understanding of Salesforce integration methods, experience with deployment tools, and familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data management tools are required. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Administrator are preferred. Experience in Agile development environments, version control systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing innovative solutions is necessary. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with a strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can enhance them. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, familiarity with front-end technologies, experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure, and mentoring or leading teams. This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule. The work location is remote, and the job is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
