Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various key tasks related to enterprise IT software deployment and life cycle management. With 4 to 7 years of experience, you will primarily work in Hyderabad and Chennai in a Hybrid work setup with an immediate to 15 days notice period. Your core responsibilities will include deploying code packages using deployment tools like Gearset, provisioning new and refreshed Sandbox environments, deploying delta deployments to match the Production environment, executing pre and post-deployment tasks, troubleshooting deployment issues, and communicating daily task status updates. Additionally, you will be involved in admin tasks such as User Management, Data Management, Data Loads, and other manual steps within the available bandwidth. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce product architecture, and hands-on experience with large, complex deployments in Salesforce environments. Holding certifications as a Salesforce Administrator and Advance Administrator will be an added advantage, along with familiarity with DocuSign e-signature Implementation. Your qualifications should include any graduation degree, and your skills should encompass e-signature implementation, user management, Salesforce administration, communication, data management, troubleshooting, CLI/CD, Gearset, and Salesforce environment management.,
