As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions and integrations. You should have 4-6 years of experience in Service Cloud and possess the necessary technical skills. Your responsibilities will include developing custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as implementing automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers. You will need to implement best practices for data management and security, participate in code reviews, and provide/receive constructive feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing analytics and tracking solutions to gather user behavior data. As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will configure and customize Salesforce environments, including workflows, security models, automation, and reporting tools. You will configure Salesforce security models, such as roles, profiles, and sharing rules, and implement Salesforce DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments. Experience with tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control will be beneficial.
