Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Off

Experience: 3 – 6 Years

Qualifications

3 – 6 Years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
Salesforce Certification(s) preferred (Admin, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).

Required Skills & Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Proven experience optimizing workflows, automations, and business processes.
Experience in building complex reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Knowledge of multi-instance or large-scale Salesforce environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills with US-based stakeholders and teams.

Technical Competencies

Hands-on experience with Salesforce API integrations and third-party apps.
Familiarity with data management, validation, and mapping best practices.
Knowledge of platforms like Slack, Jira, Zendesk, or other SaaS tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
