Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for channel partners in the region, providing them with product information, promotional materials, and sales support.
  • Assist partners in lead generation, closing sales, and resolving any sales-related challenges.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely product

delivery.


2. Sales Contribution:

  • Contribute actively to achieving regional sales targets.
  • Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for channel partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all customer requirements are met.


3. Market Development:

  • Identify and support new business opportunities within Rajasthan.
  • Help partners expand their customer base through market insights and outreach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive strategy.
  • Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.


4. Product Training & Enablement:

  • Deliver basic product training and technical support to partners, ensuring they understand features and benefits.
  • Keep partners updated on new product developments to boost their sales performance.


5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners through timely and transparent communication.
  • Address and escalate customer complaints as needed to ensure quick resolution.
  • Support post-sales activities to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.


6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, orders, and interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and new opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Freshers or 1–7 years

    of experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, electrical, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good understanding of the solar industry is preferred, but not mandatory for freshers.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with partners and customers.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
