As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, developing and executing sales training strategies, and equipping our sales teams with the skills and tools they need to succeed. You will play a vital role in enhancing sales performance and driving revenue growth.

We are a fast-growing educational services company with a strong online and offline presence across multiple states. We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Training Manager / Sales Trainer to lead the hiring, onboarding, and performance training of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hiring & Onboarding
* Lead the recruitment process for sales counselors and team leaders.
* Develop and implement a structured onboarding process.
* Sales Training & Development
* Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs (product knowledge, sales pitch, CRM tools, objection handling, etc.).
* Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and roleplays.
* Track and evaluate individual and team performance post-training.
* Performance Monitoring
* Provide continuous coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
* Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
* Coordination & Reporting
* Collaborate with team managers and department heads to align training goals with company targets.
* Maintain detailed records of training activities, performance metrics, and improvement outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales training or sales management roles.
* Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead conversion, and team management.
* Experience in recruiting and mentoring sales staff.
* Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
