We are looking to hire a Sales Trainer for our client in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the performance of the sales, operations, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver structured training sessions on real estate sales, soft skills, and customer relationship management.
Conduct onboarding training for new hires.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and content.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Keep training content aligned with industry trends and updates.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain training records and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in sales training or coaching, preferably in real estate or similar sales-driven industries.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Ability to engage teams effectively and adapt training styles as needed.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
