Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer at PrimaOmega Marketing Private Limited, located in Kolkata. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering sales training sessions, developing training materials, and conducting workshops. They will also be required to provide consistent training and development programs, improve presentation skills among sales teams, and enhance overall communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Sales Trainings, Training & Development skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Superior Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in training sales teams and developing training materials
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
