We believe there could be no better possible way of customer acquisition and business growth than adverts in directory searches. For consumers we believe the biggest service that is lacking in directory searches is over the phone support. To cut their cost most directory service companies have shifted their core focus on online searches only which has resulted in a problem for consumers who are not tech savvy and don’t know how to find a local business, address or phone number of a local business online. We believe serving consumers old school way over the phone is effective and adds human touch. The customer feels more connected. We believe in the power of human touch be it over the phone. Our service compared to internet based online searched is better because it saves time effort & money for customers. For a small fixed monthly fee customer can make unlimited calls to our agents. Our customer friendly staff will help assist in finding the local business. Our customer support number is Toll-Free and all calls made to us is absolutely free. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Executive located in Kolkata. The International Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with international clients, conducting market research, and identifying sales opportunities. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The executive will also be responsible for account management and achieving sales targets.
