Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer, located in Gurugram. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive sales training programs, creating engaging training materials, and facilitating workshops. Daily tasks include evaluating training needs, developing training modules, conducting training sessions, and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities.
• Expertise in Sales Trainings and knowledge of Training & Development techniques.
• Proficiency in Sales/Customer Service practices.
• Ability to assess training needs and create tailored training modules.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Finance, or a related field.
