Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills of insurance agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Develop learning materials such as manuals, guides, and online courses to support sales training initiatives.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with trainees to ensure they understand key concepts and techniques.
Monitor progress and provide feedback on performance improvement areas.

Job Requirements :

3-8 years of experience in sales training or a related field (insurance industry preferred).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies for effective knowledge transfer.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging audiences.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance.
